| About: I am the very first member of the Viral and Guerilla Marketing team at Mindcomet in Orlando, FL, working directly with the Creative Director on projects involving songs, websites, podcasts and blogs. It's a very creative position affording the chance to learn and create new and exciting content for the web. An interesting note: my first day was June 27th of this year,my 30th birthday. News: (Read my Blog for daily ramblings) Summer 2005: My songs played on New York City radio station WFMU on this show. They appeared on the "America" and "Food" episodes. Coming up in the Fall I'm being interviewed for their "Advertising" show and some of my Audioblog entries will be featured on the "Diary" episode. Musical Improv: I love musical improv. I hope to get the chance to do it again somewhere, sometime soon. For now, check out my improvised song about cabbage done in New York City as well as my Musical Improv page with over 20 songs. Comedy: My last performing job was May 2005 for Royal Caribbean. Here's opening night for the pre-show I wrote featuring me as a very gay cruise ship entertainer. New-ish Songs: Bundt Cake a dance smash hit chart-topper Thank-you note Song this was for Mindcomet Not new songs: Dead Palestinian Gurrrl, Mister Softee Song, Pie Jesu Press: Yes, I have press! | Musical Improv Songs based on audience suggestions: mowing the yard cabbage a shovel More Clips! My Musical Improv Bio Slightly Scripted: Me as a gay lounge singer I entered singing "Bootylicious," did a "Gloriah" medley using the Handel and Laura Brannigan versions and sang "So Long, Farewell" from "The Sound of Music" as a dirty slow grind. Royal Caribbean Scenes: Me as "El Capitan," a swarthy stud Filmed at a final callback in NYC for a job with Krooze Komics, a company who works for Royal Caribbean putting improv comics on ships. They gave me the character name and my objective (woo the hag) and then we did the scene. I got the job. Longform Scenes 1 and 2 Filmed at my grad show from levels one and two at Upright Citizens Brigade, Summer 2004 |
